The property is fenced. A caretaker lives in one wing with independent access. The pool and park are for the exclusive use of guests. The pool is seasonal, opening from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
Getting there
The property is about 5 km from Radda in Chianti and 105 km from the Tyrrhenian Sea. Access includes 1 km of unpaved road, which is not recommended for sports cars. The property has three outdoor parking spaces. The pool is reached by a short ramp of steps, and the ground-floor double bedroom is reached by six steps.
