Is parking available onsite or nearby?
Free parking is available onsite in a covered parking area.
Is outside food allowed? Are guests allowed to cook?
Outside food is not allowed. Guests cannot access the kitchen, except for limited access for mothers of infants or small children to boil milk or prepare their children's meals.
Is loud music allowed?
Loud music is allowed within limits and during specific hours. Guests are asked to respect neighbours and keep noise mild and within the villa.
Can the villa be reserved for a film, photo or advertisement shoot?
Yes, subject to homeowner approval. Meals can be arranged at an additional cost, pool access is subject to homeowner approval, and a refundable deposit or additional charges may apply depending on the event.
