House rules
No smoking. Saturday check-in and checkout. Early check-in is available in limited quantities for an additional fee, subject to qualification. Special events are permitted; a special-event fee may apply and arrangements should be discussed in advance. Children and pets must not ride the elevator unattended, and children must not play in or around it. Do not use the elevator if its gate or door locking system malfunctions, unusual sounds occur or the ride is abnormal; do not attempt repairs. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31, 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31, 2027.
Getting there
Conch Crescent Ct South Access is the named beach access. A walkway steps away leads directly to the beach and includes a dune-top bench. Harris Teeter, Currituck Golf Course, shopping and dining are one mile away. Parking is limited to eight vehicles. The elevator is not guaranteed to meet ADA dimensions or weight capacity; steps or thresholds may be required to reach it.
