The top-level great room has floor-to-ceiling windows, ocean views and a gas fireplace. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, beverage refrigerator, double ovens, gas stove and two dishwashers, along with a microwave, blender, toaster, drip and pod coffee makers, cookware and utensils. The dining table seats 20, with four additional bar seats and outdoor deck dining. Level 1 contains two ensuite bedrooms, a half bathroom, theater room and recreation room with a pool table, arcade game, wet bar and full-size refrigerator. Level 2 contains five ensuite bedrooms and an office/den with a queen sleeper sofa. Laundry facilities are on Levels 1 and 2. Level 3 contains a king ensuite bedroom, a half bathroom and the main living, kitchen and dining areas. An elevator serves all floors. Outside are a private outdoor pool, hot tub, cabana bar with gas grill and mini-refrigerator, outdoor shower, deck furniture and a covered mid-level deck with a hammock swing. Recreation equipment includes a basketball hoop, volleyball and a corn hole set. Five beach chairs, bed linens and bath towels are provided. Cable and streaming TV, multiple televisions and Wi-Fi are available. An outdoor security camera faces the street or driveway. A nearby walkway leads directly to the beach, with a bench atop the dune. Conch Crescent Ct South Access is the named beach access.
