Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team before travelling with pets. A cot is available on request for an additional 35€ per stay. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Check-in instructions are provided only after online identity-document registration, signing the digital rental contract and paying the tourist tax. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional €20–€40 charge.

The building has no elevator. Venice Santa Lucia train station is 1.9 km away.
