The living area has a wood-burning fireplace and connects to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cutlery and cookware. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, linens and bath and pool/beach towels are provided. All three bedrooms are on the first/main floor of the main house. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, full ensuite bathroom with shower, streaming TV, closet and balcony/deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed and closet. The third has two twin beds, a closet and a full Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom has air conditioning; both full bathrooms have showers. The fenced backyard has an outdoor heated saltwater pool, a freestanding hot tub, lounge chairs, outdoor dining furniture, an uncovered deck/patio, a gas grill and a wood-burning fire pit. Bicycles and beach chairs are available. The home has a private entrance, parking, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher. Its estimated floor area is 1,720 square feet on a 0.34-acre lot. Ponquogue Beach is a five-minute drive or a 20-minute run away. Events require express approval. If the owner elects to reopen cancelled dates and they are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a 20% penalty on the original total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement booking. If no replacement booking is made, guests may use their original dates if payments meet the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be made by check, ACH or wire. ## Property questions ## Is the pool fenced?
