Maximum occupancy is 18. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. A credit-card preauthorization of $4,200.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited. Optional shipping to the team's local address is available upon request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items. Reservations require electronic acceptance of the terms and conditions. For stays exceeding eight days, the reservation team schedules an In-Stay Refresh and processes payment. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the reservation team. The initial 50% payment is due at booking and the balance is due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in incurs a charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee, deducted from the initial payment refund. After full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text message from the Park City team and depends on availability.

Getting there

The slopes are a short walk away. A maximum of four cars is permitted at the property. Nearby construction may cause occasional noise or disruption; contact the team for current updates.
