The top-level great room has ocean views and connects to an equipped kitchen, dining area and open deck. The top-floor king bedroom has an ensuite with a shower/tub combination. Four bedrooms are on the second level: two oceanside king rooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination, one room has two twin-over-twin bunk sets, and another has a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk set. A separate bathroom with a shower/tub combination serves this level.

Outside are a private outdoor pool with gated access, a hot tub beneath a pergola in the carport area, an outdoor full bathroom and an outdoor shower. The pool is listed as 14 × 26, with no measurement unit specified. Seasonal pool opening dates are April 26–October 10, 2026, and April 25–October 9, 2027.

Amenities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, streaming TV, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pillows and blankets, an iron and ironing board, outdoor furniture, a charcoal grill, a basketball hoop and five beach chairs. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a blender, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Keyless entry and parking for six vehicles are provided.

The community beach walkway is approximately a two-minute stroll from the shoreline. Duck Village shops, eateries and the soundside boardwalk are a short stroll away.
