The 63 sqm apartment is on the third floor without a lift. The sitting room has a large sofa, armchair, dining table and TV. Central heating, a smart TV, towels, bed linen, basic toiletries, cleaning products and an iron with ironing board are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, cookware and crockery, plus a combination washer/dryer.
