## About the house

The Victorian house has original period features, bold colours, bespoke lighting, and art and objects throughout. Five guest bedrooms are on the middle and top floors; each has a private bathroom, either en-suite or just outside the door. Room facilities include complimentary Wi-Fi, smart TVs, USB charging points, tea and coffee trays with a homemade treat, towels, a hairdryer and vegan toiletries. A traditional cooked breakfast or daily special is served each morning. Guests can use two lounges and the riverside garden. The house has a dining room, a ground-floor snug and a middle-floor lounge. The snug has guides, leaflets, books and maps; breakfast is served in the dining room, where fresh milk, herbal and fruit teas and glasses are available. The lounge has books and games. The property has a private car park with EV charging, bicycle storage and bike-washing facilities. Stuart and Jasmine welcome guests.

Crafnant House is in Trefriw, near Betws-y-Coed and Conwy. Walks from the door enter Eryri | Snowdonia National Park. The Old Ship pub is next door; Chandlers Brasserie is next door but one. The Fairy Falls pub and The Princes Arms Hotel are a leisurely stroll away. Bus and rail access is available. The five guest bedrooms are on the middle and top floors. The snug is on the ground floor; the guest lounge is on the middle floor. The house has open stairs and landings and an open pond in the garden.

Room 5 can only be booked together with room 4; the two rooms together accommodate two, three or four people. Each bedroom accommodates a maximum of two people. Infants and children under 14 are generally not accommodated, but this is not a strict blanket policy; contact the hosts to discuss options before booking. There is little space for travel cots or extra beds, and no high-chairs or other facilities for young children. Direct bookings normally require a minimum stay of two nights; ask the hosts about shorter stays. Pets are not accommodated, except trained assistance dogs are welcome.
