House rules
Guest cancellations after booking are nonrefundable. A valid credit card is required for a security hold, not a charge; it is automatically released after checkout if there are no damages or violations during the stay.
Getting there
Occasional power outages may temporarily affect Wi-Fi, water supply, or cell signal. Gym access costs extra, depending on the length of stay.
Rates, availability and terms are on the host’s website. Dates, prices, deposits and the cancellation policy are all set by the host on wynwood-house.com.
