The maximum occupancy is four guests, including children. Arrivals exceeding this limit will be denied check-in by the HOA without a refund. The occupancy limit follows Florida and Florida Fire Code requirements based on square footage rather than bed count. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Smoking is not allowed.
Getting there
The condo is on the fourth floor; an elevator is available. The property is Gulf-front and has beach access. Parking is paid only.
