The condo has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, glassware and utensils. The living room has additional seating, a full-size sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV, with sliding doors opening onto the private balcony.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, dresser, TV, closet and an ensuite bathroom with a vanity, toilet and shower/tub combination. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser and closet. A second full bathroom near the guest bedroom and common areas also has a vanity, toilet and shower/tub combination.

A full-size washer and dryer, towels, linens and bedding are provided. Starter supplies include toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Air conditioning, heating, cable TV and an iron are available, along with free internet.

Shared Waterway Village facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, walking paths and landscaped grounds. The condo is near River Oaks Golf Club, shopping, restaurants, Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. Public beach access is a short drive away. The property is privately owned and professionally managed, with assistance available for maintenance and housekeeping.

The condo is on the third floor and is accessible only by stairs. The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old.
