Maximum four guests. Before check-in, a refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time damage waiver fee of AED 200 is required. Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00 daily; guests must also avoid noise disturbing neighbors at any time, especially 22:00–08:00. Pets and parties are not allowed; the booking interface indicates that service animals are welcome. Respect residential amenities, property security and neighbors. Do not alter the unit or leave rubbish in public or common areas. Children under 14 require supervision in recreational and common areas and on the balcony. Breaches may result in eviction and additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others. Cancellation terms are confirmed when booking.
Getting there
Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) Beach is nearby. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and must not be left unsupervised on the balcony.
