House rules
The maximum occupancy is 3 guests. Children aged 2 to 12 and infants under 2 are accepted, but no cribs are provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Only guests identified in the reservation may access the condominium. Visitors must be communicated and identified in advance, and visitors may not stay overnight without approval. Guests must follow condominium rules and schedules. Packages cannot be received at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothing or other objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other condominium-management reasons. Identification documents for each guest are requested after confirmation. The property may be rented for stays longer than 28 nights.
