House rules
Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. Only guests included in the reservation may access the condominium. Visitors require prior identification details to be provided to the management, and unregistered visitors may not stay overnight. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted; no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Do not receive deliveries at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects from windows, balconies or exterior areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Guests must follow condominium rules. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Identification documents are requested after reservation confirmation. Occasional noise from condominium or external works may occur within legally permitted hours.
