Only guests included in the reservation may access the condominium. Visits require prior communication and identification details; unregistered visitors may not enter. Overnight stays by people outside the reservation are not allowed. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Do not receive deliveries at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothing or other objects from windows, balconies or external areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Guests must follow condominium rules and provide identification documents after booking. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Check-out after 10:00 incurs an additional daily charge.
