The maximum occupancy is 3 guests. Only guests included in the reservation may access the condominium. Children from 2 to 12 years and infants under 2 years are accepted; cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Visitors must be communicated and identified in advance, and visitors may not stay overnight. Package deliveries are not permitted at the property or condominium. Guests must follow condominium rules and schedules. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined by the condominium administration. Identification documents are requested for every guest after confirmation. Self check-in is used without an on-site host. The property is in a residential condominium, where occasional noise from construction, maintenance or renovations may occur.
