House rules
Self check-in is provided without an on-site host. Only guests named in the reservation may access the condominium. No unregistered overnight guests are allowed. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; loud noise is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Deliveries and packages cannot be received at the property or condominium. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Guests must follow condominium rules and provide identification documents for each guest after confirmation. The 30 m² studio is also available for stays longer than 28 nights.
