The maximum occupancy is 3 guests. Children ages 2–12 and infants under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets, parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only guests registered in the reservation may access the condominium; overnight stays by unregistered people are not allowed. Identification documents for each guest are requested after booking. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other condominium reasons. Packages cannot be received at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothing or other objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. The property uses self check-in without an on-site host. Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00; late check-out results in an additional daily charge.
