Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking, pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only guests included in the reservation may access the condominium; additional overnight guests are not permitted. Identification documents are requested for every guest after booking. Packages cannot be received at the property or condominium. Do not hang items from windows or external areas, and do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. The property uses self check-in without an in-person host. Check-in is from 14:00 to 23:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00; late check-out after 10:00 may incur an additional night charge.
