The maximum occupancy is 3 guests. Only guests included in the reservation may access the condominium, and visits must be communicated in advance with visitor identification. Unregistered visitors may not stay overnight. Children aged 2–12 and babies are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Do not receive deliveries at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothing or other objects from windows, balconies or exterior areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Guests must follow condominium rules. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Identification documents for every guest are requested after booking.
