Only registered guests may access the condominium. Visits require prior communication and guest identification; unregistered visitors may not stay overnight. Children aged 2–12 and infants are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Do not receive deliveries at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects from windows, balconies or exterior areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Avoid loud noise from 22:00 to 08:00. Guests must follow condominium rules and schedules. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Identification documents for each guest are requested after confirmation. The property is also available for monthly, bimonthly, quarterly and semiannual stays.
