House rules
Maximum nighttime occupancy is 15. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions require contacting the Guest Experience team to confirm availability and complete the reservation. Minimum stays: October 27–December 14, 2026: four nights; December 15–25, 2026: five nights; December 26, 2026–January 2, 2027: seven nights; January 3–April 17, 2027: five nights; April 18–December 16, 2027: four nights; December 17, 2027–January 1, 2028: seven nights; January 2–March 31, 2028: five nights.
Getting there
Four-wheel drive is required during winter. Big Sky Resort is a five-minute drive away. For ski-in/ski-out access, take the green run to the bottom of Iron Horse Lift or continue toward Madison Village for ski lessons. Six Shooter Lift is farther down the green run and provides full mountain access. Parking is limited to two vehicles. Roof installation is scheduled for May through June. Community improvements may cause construction noise and traffic delays.
