## About the house

The cottage sleeps four guests in a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, each with a private bathroom. The king bedroom's ensuite has a wheelchair-friendly shower, and the home has a ramp. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided.

The living room has a fireplace, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave and oven/stove. Entertainment includes a TV with Roku and high-speed Wi-Fi. Heating, a washer/dryer and an ironing board are available.

Outside are a four-person whirlpool hot tub, a grill, a patio and an alfresco dining area with waterfront views. The mandatory hot-tub heating fee is $65 per stay, whether or not the hot tub is used. There is ample private driveway parking.

There is no direct beach access from the property. A medium bank behind the home has no paths or steps down to the beach; the nearest designated beach access is approximately a 0.5-mile walk away.

Naval flight training may cause loud noise on a few weekdays each month, occasionally in the evening. Training does not take place on weekends or holidays, and the schedule is typically published one week ahead.

The person booking must be at least 21 years old. All people at the home, including infants, children and visitors, count toward the maximum occupancy of four, which must not be exceeded at any time. Pets are not permitted; unauthorized pets may incur a fine. Smoking is prohibited. Smoking violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may incur fines. A mandatory $65 hot-tub heating fee applies per stay, regardless of use. Bookings longer than 28 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
