Courtfield Mews is a 135-square-metre home on a historic cobbled mews, arranged over three floors. Original features, vintage-style furnishings, a living room with green furniture, and a dining room with artworks and ornate mirrors form the shared living spaces. The equipped galley kitchen has terracotta floor tiles, an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

The primary bedroom has a super king-size bed and an ensuite with a walk-in shower and vanity. The second bedroom is on the top floor, with a super king-size bed, built-in storage and an adjoining ensuite with a rainfall shower and separate bathtub. The third and fourth bedrooms each have a king-size bed and access to the main bathroom. Air conditioning serves the first three bedrooms, but not the fourth. Fans are provided between May and September; fans outside summer can be requested.

Facilities include free internet, a washing machine, television, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector. South Kensington and Sloane Square eateries are close by, with Notting Hill, Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park within easy reach.

There are steps to the entrance and no internal elevator. The home may show signs of wear and tear. The homeowners' cleaner visits on Thursdays for a couple of hours. Works at the back of the home may cause noise during working hours.
