The apartment occupies the third floor of a building without a lift and extends over two levels. The living area includes a dining table and a TV area with two sofas and a double sofa bed. The fitted kitchen has an additional dining table, a moka coffee maker, kettle, oven and dishwasher.

The main level has a bedroom with a double bed. Wooden and iron stairs lead to a mezzanine with another double bed and a room with a single bed. The bed inventory comprises two queen-size beds, one single bed and one double sofa bed. There are three bathrooms: two with showers and one with a bathtub. A hairdryer and iron are provided.

The central train station is 1.7 km away, and the airport is less than 20 minutes away by car.

Tourist tax may be requested on arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount varies according to local regulations. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The check-in window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40.
