The one-floor villa has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a living room with kitchenette and bar, a separate kitchen with dining area, a garden, a private pool, outdoor dining, a barbecue, a ping-pong table and private parking. The estate covers about 20 hectares and includes an olive grove with more than 7,000 olive trees. Rome is about 40 km away. Guests may participate in the olive harvest during October, November and December and receive the equivalent of the olives they pick in oil.

The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October. A solar-heated shower is provided beside the pool.

The property is in Viterbo, Lazio. The Golf Club Le Querce borders the property and can be reached on foot. The access road is paved up to the entrance.
