The country house is set within the L’Olivaia farm in the hills of Tuscia. It has an independent entrance, a large park, terracotta floors, exposed beams, period furnishings, a lounge and billiard room, dining room, kitchen, porch and garden. The property is surrounded by an olive grove and includes a two-level park with a gazebo, greenhouse and furnished outdoor areas. Guests may participate in the olive harvest during October, November and December.

The pool is about 10 metres from the house and consists of two connected pools. One measures 8 x 3.5 metres with a depth of 1.20–1.80 metres and six fountains; the other measures 8 x 5 metres with a constant depth of 1.20 metres. Access is by ladder. It is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

Wi-Fi internet connection is available.

The property is 40 km north of Rome. Golf Club Le Querce borders the property and can be reached on foot. Trevignano is 3.5 km away, Sutri is 8 km away, Viterbo is 40 km away, and Rome can be reached by public transport. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. Santa Marinella on the Tyrrhenian Sea is 57 km away.

Pets are not allowed. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The property is not fenced. The property may be rented together with San Martino Country House for a total of 18 sleeping places.
