Getting there
The last 150 metres of the access road are unpaved. The property is on sloping terrain, with steps between areas. Access is through a remote-controlled gate shared with another property. San Donato in Poggio is about 1 km away, and the nearest beach listed is Marina di Cecina on the Tyrrhenian Sea, about 91 km away.
