Maximum occupancy is 10. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear must not be shipped to the home; shipping to the local office address is available upon request for $50 per package and $75 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations require electronic acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh arranged by the Reservation Team with payment processed separately. Stays of 30 nights or more require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team and are non-refundable. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depend on availability. The initial 50% payment is due at booking, with the remaining balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellations before the 110-day threshold receive the initial payment back less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.

Getting there

Maximum one car at the property. Additional paid valet parking at The Peaks is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. The home is very close to the gondola at Mountain Village core, with walking access to skiing and town and ski shuttle service.
