The house

The approximately 3,500-square-foot home has a light-filled living room with high ceilings, hardwood floors, skylights, a gas-burning stone fireplace and glass doors opening to a covered patio. There is a sunroom, Sonos sound system and a kitchen with a large center island, stove, oven, refrigerator, wine fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, pot and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware. A private chef can be hired.

The primary suite has a separate sitting area. The main-floor bedroom has a king bed; upstairs are two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom. All four bedrooms have air conditioning, closets and ensuite bathroom access; Bedroom 2 has a Jack-and-Jill ensuite. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 4 have TVs. A bathroom contains a sauna.

The private fenced backyard has a fenced, heated outdoor pool, an elevated deck, six lounge chairs, patio furniture with an umbrella and a gas grill. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. Other facilities include heating, hot water, a washer and dryer, cable and smart TV, a private entrance, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher.

East Hampton beaches are 10 minutes away. Nearby outings include Sag Harbor Bay, Wolffer Estate Vineyard and Channing Daughters Winery. The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
