There is a sunroom, Sonos sound system and a kitchen with a large center island, stove, oven, refrigerator, wine fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, pot and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware. A private chef can be hired. The primary suite has a separate sitting area. The main-floor bedroom has a king bed; upstairs are two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom. All four bedrooms have air conditioning, closets and ensuite bathroom access; Bedroom 2 has a Jack-and-Jill ensuite. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 4 have TVs. A bathroom contains a sauna. Maximum occupancy is eight; no additional persons are permitted. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Pets, smoking and events are prohibited. Reservations involving events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses or rotating guest groups require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $125.00 per night of the reservation. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Following cancellation, reopening the dates is at the owner's discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price and the replacement reservation is fully paid, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued. If the property is not rebooked, guests may use their original dates if payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; amounts above $3,500 must be paid by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, with coverage details in the booking agreement.
