The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked. Music is allowed within limits and during specific hours, with noise kept mild and within the villa. Bachelor and stag groups are allowed. Alcohol is allowed. Meals are available at additional charges.

Jolly Grant Airport is 35 km away, Dehradun Railway Station is 14 km away, and Dehradun Bus Stand is 18 km away. The cottage is near Sahastradhara and Robbers Cave.
