House rules

No smoking; parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not accepted, and groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Please contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key collection. Check-in and check-out times are flexible in low season by arrangement. The tourist tax is included in the total price. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is held by credit-card pre-authorization, with the card details requested as a guarantee alongside the final payment. Hoomy concierge service fees are 10% of the booking. Optional services: kitchen towels €2 per booking; a bathroom-towel set (one small and one large towel) €7 per booking; linen for a double bed €15 per booking; linen for a single bed €12 per booking; final cleaning €55 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking; cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking. Linen is optional, supplied on arrival for the stay without replacement; housekeeping during the stay is not provided. Do not use domestic sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point.

Cormier beach is 100 m away; Port Giraud beach is 500 m away and Tharon beach is 600 m away. The apartment has a sea view. A car or particular access route is not specified.
