The house

Cosy House is an approximately 140 m² house unit arranged over four levels. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the garden, a sofa, two armchairs, an electric fireplace and a dining table. The terrace has a beach chair and garden furniture during the season. Two lower-ground sleeping rooms and an upstairs bedroom each have a double bed and flat-screen TV. An additional upstairs sleeping room has a single bed and small desk. There is a shower bathroom with WC on both the lower-ground and upper floors, plus a ground-floor guest WC. The private sauna is in the lower-ground bathroom. The attic has a retreat with a couch and flat-screen TV. Heating, five TVs, a dryer, hairdryer and ironing board are available. Bed linen, towels, toiletries, initial supplies and luggage service to and from the property are included. Guests can use public transport on Sylt free of charge through Sylt Go!.
