House rules
No pets, parties or smoking. Tobacco odour results in a €300 charge deducted from the deposit. Treat this personal home with care. Proof of identity is required for access. Complete the online check-in form with guest details and expected arrival time. For bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure in the presence of an agent, and a deposit is required. Free cancellation is offered up to five days before check-in.

The apartment is on the sixth floor without a lift. The underground is two minutes away.
