House rules
No pets, smoking or parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed otherwise, stays are for private residential use and only for the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Treat the property with respect and follow the house rules.
Getting there
A surf beach is 300 metres away. Bells Beach and RACV Torquay Golf Course are nearby. Linen is not provided; bring your own or arrange linen hire. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
