House rules
No pets, smoking, parties or events. Not suitable for children aged 2–12 or infants under 2. No quiet time is designated. Standard check-in ends strictly at 22:00; arrivals after 22:00 require advance arrangement and a $100 after-hours check-in charge.
Getting there
Guests cannot use the glass door at the back of the apartment. The TV is out of order. Pests may occasionally appear despite pest control.
