The house

The fenced grounds have neighbours nearby and include a lawn, five sun loungers, a porch with outdoor dining and seating, a barbecue and table tennis. The private chlorine pool measures 8 × 4 metres and is 0.9–2 metres deep.

Inside, an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area has two sofas, satellite TV and a DVD player. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven and microwave. A separate second living room has sofas and armchairs. The fireplaces are decorative.

All four bedrooms are upstairs and have air conditioning: two have a double bed each and two have twin beds. Three bedrooms have wardrobes, and two open onto a terrace. There is a bathroom with a bathtub on the main floor and a bathroom with a shower upstairs. A cot and high chair are available. The separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for two cars are available. Air conditioning operates automatically from 00:30 to 09:30. Pollença town centre has bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a pharmacy, with hiking and cycling opportunities in the surrounding mountains. Puerto de Pollença beach is 7.1 km away and Golf Pollença is 3.1 km away.

The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Pets, parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. All guests must provide a copy of identification to confirm the reservation. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in.
