House rules
No smoking, pets, parties, or events. Electricity allowance is US$5 per night for daily or weekly rentals. Monthly rentals of 28 nights or more require a US$500 electricity deposit and do not include electricity charges; charges are based on consumption.

Bavaro Beach public access is an 8–10-minute walk away. Restaurants and entertainment are a 5–10-minute walk away, and a mini-market is a 1-minute walk away.
