No smoking, pets, parties, or events. Contactless check-in instructions are provided. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onward and checkout is at 11:00 AM. Daily and weekly rentals include a stated electricity allowance of US$10 per night; monthly rentals of 28 nights or more require an electricity deposit and consumption-based charges.
Getting there
Bavaro Beach public access is advertised as an 8–10-minute walk. Restaurants and entertainment are a 5–10-minute walk, a mini-market is a 1-minute walk, and groceries are a 5–10-minute walk. Other listed destinations require driving or another transport method.
