House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. Electricity allowance is US$10 per night for daily or weekly rentals. Monthly rentals of 28 nights or more do not include electricity and require a US$500 electricity deposit; electricity charges are based on consumption.

Bavaro Beach public access is an 8–10-minute walk. Restaurants and entertainment are a 5–10-minute walk away; Cocotal Golf and Palma Real Shopping Village are a 3–5-minute drive away. A mini-market is a 1-minute walk away, groceries are a 5–10-minute walk away, and Punta Cana International Airport is a 20-minute drive away.
