House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. Check-in is contactless. An electricity allowance of US$15 per night applies to daily and weekly rentals. Monthly rentals of 28 nights or more do not include electricity charges and require a US$750 electricity deposit; charges are based on consumption.

Bavaro Beach public access is an 8–10-minute walk away. Restaurants and entertainment are a 5–10-minute walk, a mini-market is a 1-minute walk, groceries are a 5–10-minute walk, and Punta Cana International Airport is a 20-minute drive away.
