## About the house

The house has a private terrace with sun loungers. On the ground floor, the living–dining area has air conditioning and a Smart TV. The separate, fully equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. A bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower are also on this floor.

Upstairs are three bedrooms: one with a single bed and two with a double bed each. A second bathroom has a bathtub. All bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobes, and movable fans are available throughout the house. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels are provided. A cot and high chair are available on request. Wi-Fi is free.

The beach and harbour are a two-minute walk away. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are accessible on foot, and the Drach Caves are a 10-minute drive away. Recycling bins, water-efficient fittings and LED lighting are provided.

The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season.
