House rules
No smoking, pets, or parties. An electricity allowance of US$5 per night applies to daily and weekly rentals. Monthly rentals of 28 nights or more do not include electricity charges and require a US$500 electricity deposit; charges are based on consumption. Check-in instructions are provided contactlessly.
Getting there
The condo is beachfront and has private beach access. Restaurants and entertainment are a 1–5-minute walk, grocery shopping is a 3–5-minute walk, Cocotal Golf and Palma Real Shopping Village are a 3–5-minute drive, Punta Cana Airport is a 20-minute drive, and the hospital is a 5-minute drive.
