The house

The apartment has a free-flowing living and kitchen area with large windows, warm timber finishes and colourful accents. The lounge includes a sofa and TV and opens onto a private balcony, with city skyline views. A small work desk and a larger dining table provide space to work or dine. The full kitchen includes appliances, utensils, a microwave and coffee maker.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with linens, side tables, reading lights, storage space and air-conditioning. The bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and mirrored vanity. An internal washing machine and dryer are provided, along with heating, Wi-Fi, a hair dryer and iron. Guests have access to a shared onsite gym.

The Arts Centre, South Melbourne Market, Royal Botanic Gardens and Fed Square are a 15-minute walk away. Secure, free undercover parking is available for one car, but the space is narrow.

Complimentary toiletries and consumables are provided on arrival. Guests should bring or purchase replacements once these are used up. The apartment caters to business and leisure trips, including short and longer stays.
