House rules
Maximum overnight occupancy is six guests. The lead guest named on the booking must be at least 25 years old. Guests aged 25 or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. The reservation holder must be present throughout the stay. Up to two dogs are allowed with an additional non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, plus tax. Palm Springs requires full names of all guests and vehicle license plate numbers before arrival. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival or for stays longer than 28 days must be completed through the Guest Experience team; stay extensions also require contacting the team.
Getting there
On-site parking is limited to three vehicles in the covered carport and driveway.
