Cosmic Sunset accommodates up to six guests in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The two guest bedrooms have a king bed and a queen bed respectively and share a bathroom with a shower.

Large windows illuminate connected living, dining and kitchen areas. The living space has a couch, two chairs, a gas fireplace and a smart TV. An oval dining table seats six, and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a gas range and a two-stool breakfast bar. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes and silverware.

Sliding glass doors open to a backyard with foliage and privacy fencing, a spacious covered patio, a private heated pool, loungers, a gas grill and an outdoor dining table for six. The home has air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials. A covered carport and driveway provide parking for up to three vehicles. Downtown restaurants, shops and entertainment are easily accessible. Up to two dogs are welcome for an additional non-refundable fee.

The reservation holder must be present throughout the stay. Up to two dogs are allowed with an additional non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, plus tax. Palm Springs requires full names of all guests and vehicle license plate numbers before arrival. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival or for stays longer than 28 days must be completed through the Guest Experience team; stay extensions also require contacting the team.
