The salt-purified pool is in the garden in front of the villa, at a lower level and reached by a path across the lawn. It measures 13 x 6 m, with a depth of 1.5 to 3 m, and has internal lighting and Roman steps. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. The pool area has a 100 sq m terracotta solarium, a 200 sq m lawn area, umbrellas, sunbeds, two changing rooms and a cold-water shower.

The villa is reached by 150 m of unpaved road. The parking area is reached by a dirt drive, and the entrance is also reached from the parking area via a flight of stone steps. Montegemoli is nearby; Pomarance is 8 km away, the Tyrrhenian Sea is 35 km away, and Cecina train station is 32 km away.

The property is for lease only. The property is not fenced. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum booking limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. Pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted. Guests must sort and dispose of trash according to the provided instructions; charges may apply for non-compliant disposal.
